Service Coordinator

Knowledge of lead-acid & lithium-ion batteries and chargers.

 Customer service and grievance resolution.

 Preparation of service, fault, and MIS reports.

 Coordinate and supervise warehouse service engineers across 2-3 locations.

 Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

 Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

 Main role will require providing good customer service, being available on the phone to handle customer grievances round the clock.

 Coordinate with warehouse engineers that are receiving and testing - servicing, fault analysis, and resolution of batteries and chargers.

 Manage customers telephonically and respond to them giving timely updates with regards to batteries / chargers received and resolution being given.

 Supervise a team of 3–4 warehouse service engineers performing battery/charger checks.

 Prepare accurate MIS reports and submit to the management from time to time.

 Ensure all service calls are attended to and closed in a timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

 Maintain MIS and other reports to track service performance and service call closures.

 Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training and learning about new products.
