This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and delivering exceptional travel experiences. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their holiday preferences, and curating personalized cruise experiences that match their needs. The role involves handling highvolume calls, with an expectation of approximately 200 calls per day, across inbound and outbound sales channels, along with WhatsApp interactions. This is a high-energy, target-driven role requiring strong communication skills, effective lead management, and the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
