Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record in sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with customers and address their queries promptly.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
  • Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Reporting & Performance Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer acquisition.
  • Qualification: Any.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Education, IT Services, or BPO.
  • Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated personality.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly revenue target achievement.
  • Number of new customer acquisitions.
  • Lead conversion ratio.
  • Follow-up effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • CRM accuracy and reporting compliance.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
