Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record in sales and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with customers and address their queries promptly.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
- Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Reporting & Performance Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer acquisition.
- Qualification: Any.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Education, IT Services, or BPO.
- Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated personality.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly revenue target achievement.
- Number of new customer acquisitions.
- Lead conversion ratio.
- Follow-up effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- CRM accuracy and reporting compliance.
- Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
