Senior Sales Executive

Most sales jobs cap your upside. This one doesn't.

We're hiring a Senior Executive, Sales & Accounts at Dashfit, Mumbai.

You won't be selling in the usual sense. You'll be building and owning partner channels: doctors, nutritionists, insurance agents, marriage bureaus, path labs, housing societies, and any other channel you're sharp enough to open up yourself.

Here's the part that matters: you earn on both acquisition and renewals. 30% commission on new business, 10% on every renewal, no ceiling. Fixed pay covers your base. Everything else is yours to build.

📈 Realistic upside:( ₹ 18,000 - ₹ 20,000, Incentive: ₹ 30,000 )+/month in variable pay

This is not a 9-to-5. It's 6 days a week, mostly in the field, meeting people and closing deals, with the CEO briefed on your numbers directly. It's high-risk, high-reward, and we expect you to prove your worth in the first 90 days.

If you show real business acumen, this isn't a ceiling either. It's a path to leading your own team.
