Job Description
· Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
· Execute business strategies to support long-term revenue growth and market expansion.
· Identify new market opportunities across agri-inputs, food, feed, and blue economy sectors.
· Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and ensure effective implementation.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
· Drive commercial initiatives to support achievement of annual revenue and growth targets.
· Work closely with sales and business teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals and profitability objectives.
· Support expansion of domestic and export sales channels to strengthen revenue streams.
· Contribute to building scalable commercial systems capable of supporting significant business growth over the next few years.
Portfolio & Product Strategy
· Evaluate product portfolio gaps and identify opportunities for new product development and commercialization.
· Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and operations teams to support product development and successful launches.
· Develop lifecycle management strategies for existing and upcoming products.
Market Expansion & Partnerships
· Identify and support entry into new domestic and international markets.
· Build and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, agri-input companies, and institutional clients.
· Support development of long-term B2B collaborations across agriculture, food, and feed sectors.
Commercial Programs
· Work with sales and marketing teams to design and execute structured commercial programs.
· Contribute to development of value-based pricing strategies aligned with product innovation and market demand.
· Support development of channel strategies and market development initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Coordinate with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align strategy, pricing, and production planning.
· Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure timely execution of key strategic initiatives.
Performance Monitoring
· Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting systems to track commercial performance.
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Expected Commercial Outcomes:
- Scale annual revenues from the current baseline to ₹125+ crore over three years through domestic and export sales.
- Establish 10–12+ strategic B2B partnerships across agri-input, feed, food, and pharma industries, and sustain those long-term partnerships.
· Work with the team, to build the commercial growth.
