* Manage and grow DSA/channel partner network

* Drive Home Loan & LAP sourcing business

* Monitor approvals, disbursements, and portfolio quality

* Coordinate with credit and operations teams

* Achieve sales and business targets

* Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Sales

* Strong DSA or Channel Management experience

* Banking / NBFC / HFC background preferred

* Good communication and relationship management skills
