Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design interior layouts and concepts for new and existing 99 Pancakes outlets.

• Prepare 2D/3D drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project teams for execution.

• Conduct site visits and monitor interior work to ensure timely completion.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor as per brand requirements.

• Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and support cost planning.

• Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and within budget.

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and resolve site-related design issues.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B;, café, QSR, retail, or commercial interiors.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.

• Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and space planning.

• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

• Willingness to travel to different outlet locations for site visits.
