Senior HR Recruiter

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Marketing, Accounts, HR, Legal, Site Engineers, and other departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and submit weekly hiring reports.
