We are looking for confident communicators with experience in Talent Acquisition or International Voice Process who are passionate about sales, business development, and building strong client relationships.

👨‍💼 Experience: Min 2 years – 04 years (International Clients) – Verified

💵 Salary per month: Rs 30K to Rs 45K

🎯 Requirements:

* International experience preferred - Minimum 02 years with proven track records in sales

* Strong communication skills required for sales and pitching

* Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Growth mindset and professional attitude

📋 Job Description:

* Engage with potential customers through calls and emails to promote company services.

* Effectively communicate and represent the company in all interactions.

* Build and maintain lasting relationships with both existing and new customers.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic selling and follow-ups.

* Co-ordinate with operations department and service the customer.

* Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track performance.

* Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas to enhance outreach and conversion.

* Connect with international businesses through cold calling and email marketing, generate B2B and B2C leads.

* Assist clients find solutions that fit their business needs.

Ready for Tele sales - International clients

Ready to work at Andheri, Sakinaka location

Ready for self-commute -No transportation arranged by the company

Ready to work at fixed night shift (05:30 pm to 03:30 am)
