Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with experience in Interior Fit-Out

and Turnkey Projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing design concepts,

preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring timely

project execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed drawings.

● Develop space planning and interior design concepts.

● Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.

● Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

● Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

● Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance.

● Coordinate with vendors and contractors for design execution.

● Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and timelines.

● Assist in material selection and technical approvals.

● Support project execution from design to handover.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.

● Proficiency in Revit and 3D visualization software is an added advantage.

● Good understanding of Interior Fit-Out and Turnkey Projects.

● Knowledge of GFC drawings, BOQs, and construction detailing.

● Excellent communication and coordination skills.

● Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

Qualification● Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Preferred Experience

● 3–7 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out/Turnkey Projects.

● Experience in commercial office, retail, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.

● Immediate Joiners Preferred.
