Job Description

  • Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries in Tally Prime.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and customer and supplier ledgers.
  • Track receivables and payables, and prepare outstanding payment reports.
  • Maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting records in an organised manner.
  • Assist the CA with GST, TDS and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and check export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists and shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and the bank for shipment documents and payment records.
  • Track shipping bills, bills of lading, export payment receipts and eBRC documentation.
  • Keep shipment-wise records complete and easy to retrieve.
