Job Description
Role Overview: Acts as the primary point of contact for all residential security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for society members, staff, and visitors.
Team Leadership: Manages, trains, and monitors daily shift rosters and performance of security guards to maintain high standards of discipline and vigilance.
Access Control & Safety: Oversees strict gate entry protocols for visitors, delivery personnel, and vehicles, while conducting regular patrols across the premises.
Incident Management: Promptly handles security breaches, emergencies, and residents' grievances, coordinating with the managing committee and local authorities when necessary.
Record Keeping: Maintains accurate logs of visitor movements, material inward/outward entries, and incident reports to ensure complete operational t
ransparency.
