Job Description
- Scan physical documents and convert them into digital format.
- Upload scanned files into the system/software as per guidelines.
- Verify documents for clarity, completeness, and accuracy before uploading.
- Maintain proper file naming and document organization.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security of records.
- Track and manage document status and maintain logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document-related queries.
- Perform basic data entry tasks when required.
- Required Skills:Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with scanners and document management systems.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Basic understanding of file formats (PDF, JPEG, etc.).
- Qualifications:Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or any Graduate.
- Basic computer certification is an added advantage.
