* Technical Skills: Highly well-versed with Advanced Excel (for data export, reconciliation, and formula-based analysis) and tax softwares like Gen GST and Winman.

## 📋 Detailed Job Responsibilities## 1. GST Compliance & Filings

* GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B: Export sales and purchase data from SAP, perform absolute ITC reconciliations (GL vs. GSTR-2B), manage ITC reversals, verify E-Invoices, and file returns via Gen GST software.

* GST Audits & Refunds: Prepare comprehensive GL-wise sales/purchase reconciliations for GSTR-9/9C. Compile extensive export refund documentation (Shipping bills, BRC, Packing lists) and follow up with tax officers.

* Daily GST Operations: Generate E-Invoices, E-Way bills for imports, process Amazon TCS/TDS returns, and handle PMT-09 fund transfers.

## 2. TDS & Direct Taxation

* TDS/TCS Management: Accurate calculation, monthly payment postings, and quarterly TDS return filings using Winman software.

* Certificates & Tax Audits: Issue Form 16/16A, compute advance tax, calculate interest on unsecured loans, and prepare exhaustive expenditure breakups for annual Tax Audits.

## 3. Core Accounting & Finalisation

* Intercompany & Ledger Operations: Booking rent, consultancy, and director remuneration alongside monthly GL clearing/knocking-off.

* Scrutiny & Finalisation: Prepare comprehensive year-end finalisation reports (matching electronic credit ledgers to books) and draft documentation for VAT, TDS, and GST scrutiny notices.
