Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of OPC Executives.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
• Monitor team attendance, productivity, grooming, and discipline.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to OPC Executives.
• Ensure quality lead generation as per company guidelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Manage kiosk branding materials, promotional inventory, and event requirements.
• Identify new opportunities for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Lead generation targets achieved.
• Lead quality and conversion ratio.
• Team productivity and attendance.
• Event execution effectiveness.
• Sales contribution from generated leads.
• Employee retention and engagement within the OPC team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in OPC, Marketing Promotions, or Lead Generation.
• Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in field-based environments.
