Sales Support Executive

Job Description – Sales Executive (Office-Based)

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, managing email communications, and supporting the sales team in daily operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Check and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Handle and follow up on IndiaMART inquiries.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements, pricing, and order status.
• Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and customer communications.
• Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day activities.
• Follow up with potential customers to generate business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining customer databases.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in handling emails and customer inquiries.
• Knowledge of IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms will be an advantage.
• Ability to prepare quotations and maintain records accurately.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Preferred:1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or inside sales.
• Experience in the safety equipment, industrial products, or PPE industry is an added advantage.
