About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Executive for our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the real estate industry along with strong Business Development (BDE) experience. The role involves CP (Channel Partner) connectivity, lead sourcing, client handling, and sales coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any stream is mandatory
- MBA in Marketing / Real Estate specialization will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in:
- Real Estate Sales / Sourcing
- Business Development Executive (BDE) profile
- Candidate should have worked in the real estate industry
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and associates
- Generate quality leads through sourcing activities and CP networks
- Coordinate with clients regarding property requirements and project details
- Handle site visit coordination and follow-ups with clients
- Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion activities
- Conduct market research and stay updated with ongoing real estate trends and competitor activities
- Maintain daily reports, lead records, and sourcing data
- Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets assigned by the management
- Attend meetings, promotional activities, and networking events whenever required
- Maintain professional relationships with developers and channel partners
