Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Only)

Location: Kandivali (W), Saibaba Nagar, Mumbai (Share Auto from Kandivali/Borivali station & 5 minutes walking from there)

Company: Jaskon International – Chemical Trading Firm

Compensation: ₹18,000–25,000/month + Variable Pay up to ₹3,000

Perks: Upto ₹3 Lakh Mediclaim, Mon–Sat (10:00 AM – 7:15 PM)

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Sales specialization preferred)

Job Description (JD)

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

  • Execute bulk emailing campaigns and manage & setup CRM systems effectively.
  • Maintain and update directories and databases of customers, dealers, stockists, importers, and exporters.
  • Prepare visually appealing catalogues and marketing materials to attract customers.
  • Identify and generate new leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into Confirm Purchase Order's for our material.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with the CEO & Business Development Head along with potential leads' Supply Chain Manager/Procurement Executive.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential importers, exporters, and stockists of specialty chemicals.
  • Manage customer relationships through timely follow-ups, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Focus in database building, sales pitch for lead and client confirm onboarding.


Job Specification (JS)

Essential Skills

  • Strong expertise in bulk emailing tools and CRM management.
  • Ability to design and prepare eye-catching catalogues and marketing collateral.
  • Skilled in directory management and database creation for customers, dealers, and end-users.
  • Excellent follow-up skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to identify and connect with importers, stockists, and exporters in the chemical industry.
  • Strong communication skills for arranging and conducting meetings with senior leadership and clients.


Key Requirements

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in Sales/Marketing.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales/marketing preferred, especially in chemical trading or B2B industries.
  • Gender: Female only.
  • Age: 23–50 years.
  • Mindset: Career-driven, incentive-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Soft Skills: Persuasive, proactive, and excellent at relationship management.
