Job Description
We want candidates who are confident, presentable, and excellent with customers, especially those who have experience selling products face-to-face in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality
- Retail sales experience – strongly preferred / almost mandatory
- Face-to-face / in-person sales – mandatory
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
- Good consultative selling, pitching and closing skills
- Comfortable interacting with premium / high-value customers
- Energetic, customer-oriented, and target-driven
- Important: Candidates with only inside sales / tele-sales experience will NOT be considered.
Note : We are looking for a profile in the 18- 35 age group also; having experience in retail sales is a plus
