Sales & Marketing Executive

About Us: B Primo is Mumbai's fast-growing ISP providing high-speed fiber internet to homes, societies, and businesses. We are expanding our Enterprise vertical and need hunters who can close.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for acquiring and managing enterprise clients — SMEs, corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, co-working spaces, retail chains, and housing societies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Generate leads for Enterprise Leased Line (ILL), P2P, Corporate Broadband, Hotspot Solutions
2. Field Sales: Meet decision-makers (IT Heads, Admin, Owners) in your assigned territory
3. Pitch & Close: Present custom internet + WiFi + security solutionsSociety & Building
4. Acquisition: Tie-ups with societies/builders for bulk connections
5. Relationship Management: Retain and upsell existing corporate accounts
6. Target Achievement: Monthly revenue & connection targets
7. Coordination: Work with technical & installation team for smooth onboarding
8. Reporting: Daily CRM updates, pipeline, and competitor tracking

Required Skills:

1. Proven B2B sales experience (ISP / Telecom / IT hardware / Networking preferred)
2. Strong negotiation & closing skills
3. Self-motivated, target-driven hunter mentality
4. Good communication in English, Hindi, Marathi
5. Bike with valid license preferred
6. Knowledge of Leased Line, Static IP, Bandwidth, Router/AP is a plus
