Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
Monitor daily team performance and productivity
Train and support team members for better conversion
Track leads and ensure proper follow-ups
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Develop sales strategies to increase business growth
Handle escalations and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales
Team handling experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
