Sales Manager

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales activities in CRM systems.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to improve sales effectiveness.

Build relationships with referral partners, agents, and corporate clients.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Coordinate with visa processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
