About the Role 

The role is responsible for achieving monthly business targets for mSME Loan against Property 

(LAP) disbursements by driving day-to-day sales activities. The Sales Manager will focus on 

revenue generation through processing fee collection and insurance cross-sell, manage yield 

and fee targets through optimal product mix, and execute promotional initiatives. The role 

also involves developing strong relationships with DSAs and customers to generate and 

convert referral business, while staying updated on product offerings and competitor activity 

to maximize market opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience 


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related 

field.  

2–3 years of experience in DSA coordination, sales support or administrative role 

(freshers may be considered based on skillset).  

Experience in preparing sales reports and working with senior stakeholders is an 

advantage.  


Key Responsibilities 


  • Monitor, track, and achieve monthly sales targets for MSME Loan Against 
  • Property (LAP) disbursements. 
  • Drive revenue generation through Processing Fee (PF) collections and insurance cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Execute and manage day-to-day sales activities, including field initiatives and promotional campaigns. 
  • Optimize yield and fee income by effectively managing the product and customer mix. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and customers to generate referral business. 
  • Ensure maximum conversion of business references and leads into successful disbursements. 
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to increase sourcing from existing and new channels. 
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market. 
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, turnaround times (TAT), and compliance requirements. 


Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to meet sales and disbursement targets for MSME LAP 
  • Strong skills in DSA handling and customer relationship management 
  • Experience in day-to-day sales activities, referrals, and promotions 
  • Good communication skills with a target-driven and result-oriented approach
