*JD - Sales Manager* 

*The Role:*

This Company is looking for an aggressive, driven Sales Manager who can build, coach, and close in equal measure. In this role, you will own company’s full lead-to-close funnel, lead and coach the sales team, and take end-to-end ownership of the customer management system. This is a player-coach role inside a fast-growing startup: you will carry an individual revenue target, ensure the collective monthly target is delivered, and solve the operational problems, bottlenecks, and resource gaps that come with scaling a young, premium brand.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Own delivery of the individual monthly revenue target and ensure the collective sales team target is achieved every month

• Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable through daily huddles, weekly check-ins, and pipeline reviews

• Own the full lead lifecycle: connection, qualification, consult booking, show-up, conversion, package upgrade, and retention

• Take end-to-end ownership of the customer management system, including configuration, lead routing, and stage discipline, dashboards, and response time enforcement

• Design and refine pitch scripts, objection-handling playbooks, and consult-to-package conversion frameworks

• Lead initiatives to grow average order value through bundling, package conversion, and premium tier positioning

• Build and execute monthly reactivation campaigns to drive incremental revenue from dormant client cohorts

• Identify and unblock operational bottlenecks across lead flow, consult flow, and conversion; build process where it does not yet exist

• Submit weekly funnel reports to leadership with diagnosis on leakage points and corrective actions • Align with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams on lead quality, capacity, and consult flow • Take ownership beyond the strict scope of the role wherever the business needs it

• Deliver against monthly performance targets covering revenue, visit-to-sale conversion, lead connection, qualification, consult bookings, show-up rate, average order value, package conversion, database reactivation revenue, upselling and retainer rate, and overall customer management 

*Requirements:* 

• 5 to 8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales leadership or team-lead capacity 

• Aggressive, driven, and deeply passionate; thrives under target pressure and ambiguity in equal measure 

• Exceptional verbal fluency and articulation in English; communicates with polish, warmth, conviction, and persuasion 

• Naturally persuasive and consultative; can hold a room, defuse objections, and close in real time without sounding pushy 

• Strong problem-solving mind-set; finds a way when briefs shift, resources are tight, or process does not yet exist 

• Proven track record of revenue target achievement and team performance management 

• Hands-on experience owning a customer management system, including configuration, dashboards, and automation 

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to read funnel data, identify leakage, and design interventions 

• Hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves operator who is energized, not drained, by the chaos of a young, fast-moving brand 

• *Disciplined operator:* comfortable in a structured, target-led, weekly reporting environment *Preferred Background*
