Sales Head (B2B)- Garment Industry

LOFA India is a fast-growing apparel brand focused on B2B and Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) distribution across India. We partner with distributors, retailers, and agents to build a strong national presence backed by quality products and efficient supply chains.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head – B2B & MBO from the apparel/garment industry to lead our Pan-India sales strategy. This role will own national sales performance, distributor and agent networks, MBO expansion, and sales team leadership.

Note: Only candidates with Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Pan-India B2B & MBO sales growth
• Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and sales agents
• Expand garment MBO and retail distribution channels
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance
• Coordinate with marketing, production, and operations teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO sales (Mandatory)
• Strong experience handling Pan-India distributor & agent networks
• Proven sales leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management
• Willingness to travel extensively
