Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
• Reply to Instagram & website leads
• Follow up with potential customers
• Convert inquiries into sales/orders
• Maintain daily sales and customer reports
• Coordinate with the design & production team for smooth order processing
✅ Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Confident in calling and customer handling
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp & Google Sheets/Excel
