Sales Executive

UK's Resort & Water Park is one of the leading leisure destinations near Mumbai, offering one-day picnics, corporate outings, conferences, family getaways, school/college trips, and water park experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media

- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable packages

- Generate new business from corporates, schools, colleges, travel agents, event planners, housing societies, and institutions

- Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations

- Coordinate with reservation, operations, accounts, and banquet teams

- Follow up on leads and maintain an updated CRM/database

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

- Assist in planning promotional campaigns and seasonal offers

- Collect customer feedback and support after-sales service

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Tourism/Marketing/Business preferred)

- 2–5 years experience in sales, hospitality, tourism, hotels, resorts, or event management

- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and online booking platforms

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, 6 days/week
