We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, managing follow-ups, and driving repeat sales through effective communication and consistent client engagement.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through cold calling, telecalling, WhatsApp, and market research.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Convert leads into customers through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments as required.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records after every customer interaction.
  • Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activities efficiently.
  • Gather market and competitor information to support business growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • EligibilityBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 0.5–1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
  • Experience in B2B or product sales will be preferred.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and client interaction skills.
  • Good command of Hindi and basic English.
  • Strong telecalling and follow-up abilities.
  • Confidence in interacting with customers over calls and WhatsApp.
  • Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in maintaining records and follow-ups.
