Sales Executive

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, highly organized, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and qualify customer leads generated through Houssed.com.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

* Coordinate with Houssed Associates to arrange site visits.

* Ensure timely follow-ups with both customers and associates.

* Drive site visits and maximize sales conversions.

* Track the customer journey from inquiry to booking.

* Build strong relationships with customers and Houssed Associates.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports.

* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).

* Male candidate.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

* Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Schedule

* Working Days: Monday to Sunday (including Saturdays & Sundays)

* Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekday off

* Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
