Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Sales ExecutiveJob RoleAs a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with qualified (hot) leads, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through the home-buying journey. Your goal is to convert inquiries into site visits and bookings by recommending suitable under-construction residential projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact hot leads provided by the company through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand customers' budget, location, and property requirements.
  • Present and pitch suitable under-construction residential projects.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
  • Coordinate with builder sales teams for project updates, inventory, and bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Assist clients with the booking process and documentation until the sale is completed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable projects.
  • Good follow-up and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or real estate.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
