Job Description

  • Prospect daily: Build and maintain a target list of mid-size companies, schools, and sports academies in Mumbai likely to need corporate trophies/awards (Employee of the Month, annual day, sales contests, tournaments, service milestones, etc.)
  • Cold call and outreach: Make outbound calls (and WhatsApp/LinkedIn follow-ups) to HR, Admin, and L&D contacts to introduce our offering and identify upcoming award occasions
  • Qualify leads: Identify timing, budget signals, and decision-makers at each prospect company; log every interaction in our tracking sheet/CRM
  • Send quotes & catalogs: Share product catalogs, sample images, and pricing promptly (same-day) after every qualifying conversation
  • Negotiate and close: Handle objections, negotiate pricing/terms within approved limits, and close orders independently
  • Follow up systematically: Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence for leads with future timelines (e.g., 3–4 weeks before their stated event/occasion) so no lead goes cold
