Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive business development and sales activities across OEM, Government, and EPC sectors. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in industrial/automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with OEMs, Government departments, and EPC companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, networking, and client references.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with internal technical, production, and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in OEM Sales, Government Sales, or EPC Sales.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering products/equipment.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Eligibility

• BE/B.Tech Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is compulsory.
• Candidates with relevant experience in OEM, Government, or EPC sectors will be preferred
