Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through online and offline channels.
• Research potential clients, companies, and target markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Conduct cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
• Promote company products and services to potential business clients.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and business agreements with clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain client databases, sales reports, and follow-up records in CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
