Job Summary:A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers. The role focuses on pitching products/services, handling objections, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly over the phone
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM systems
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams when needed
