Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a driven and responsible Retail Store Manager to lead our pharmacy outlet with a focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and promotion of generic medicines as a key part of affordable healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, team performance, and customer service.

Ensure achievement of sales targets, especially through generic medicine promotion.

Train and guide staff on patient counseling and pharmacy SOPs.

Monitor and manage stock levels, placing timely orders.

Ensure high standards of compliance, hygiene, and safety.

Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively.

Work with cross-functional teams (HR, Inventory, Finance) for smooth operations.

Generate performance reports and share actionable insights.

Requirements:

Graduate in Pharmacy or relevant field

4–8 years of experience in retail pharmacy or team leadership.

Strong leadership, customer service, and inventory management skills.

Passion for healthcare accessibility and promoting generic medicines.

Ability to manage teams and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
