Job Description

Aditya Shirts Ltd. is hiring a Retail Sales Executive for Field Sales. We are looking for candidates with experience in distribution sales, retail sales, dealer sales, or wholesale sales, preferably from the garment, apparel, textile, or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops and dealers in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business and maintain relationships with existing retailers.
• Take orders and coordinate with distributors for timely product delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.

Eligibility

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales / Distribution Sales / Retail Sales.
• Experience working with retail shops, dealers, or distributors is mandatory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• 12th Pass / Graduate(Young professionals).

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
