Restaurant Captain

What you'll do

Lead a section of the floor with full ownership guest experience, table flow, and team coordination during service. Train and mentor servers on standards, wine and menu knowledge, and pacing. Be the calm, steady presence guests notice without quite knowing why.

What we're looking for

3+ years in a captain or senior server role at a fine dining or premium casual restaurant. Sharp instincts for reading a table and a guest's mood. Comfortable carrying real responsibility, not just following steps. Someone who shows up the same way on a slow Tuesday as on a packed Saturday.
