• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
• Welcome and assist guests with menu recommendations.
• Coordinate with stewards, waiters, kitchen staff, and management.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor table allocation and seating arrangements.
• Train and guide restaurant staff on service standards.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Manage billing, POS operations, and daily shift reports.
• Support restaurant management in achieving sales targets.
