✅ Must have experience in *Direct Sourcing*

✅ Candidates from *Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, Fintechs & DSAs* preferred

### 📊 Business Performance Criteria

*Relationship Manager (RM)*

✔️ Must have sourced a minimum *₹60 Lakhs* of LAP business per month.

*Sales Manager (SM)*

✔️ Must have sourced a minimum *₹1 Crore* of LAP business per month.

### 📌 Candidate Requirements

✔️ Minimum *11% ROI (Rate of Interest)* handling experience

✔️ Strong network for LAP sourcing

✔️ Excellent relationship-building and customer acquisition skills

✔️ Proven track record of achieving monthly disbursement targets

✔️ Good communication and negotiation skills
