Relationship Manager

Job Role:-

We are looking for Relationship Managers to manage and service existing customers while driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints as a single point of contact.
• Understand customers' financial goals and provide suitable financial planning solutions.
• Conduct daily customer meetings from the assigned customer database (Book of Relations).
• Generate cross-sell and up-sell business.
• Ensure policy renewals and premium collection.
• Update CRM records on time.
• Meet monthly sales and retention targets.

Eligibility:

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• 1+ years of experience in Sales/BFSI/Insurance/Banking/NBFC preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to meet customers.
