Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Achieve monthly sales/business targets through direct and channel sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSA partners, and other business partners.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of required documents.
- Maintain regular market visits and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure quality sourcing by focusing on eligible customers and required ticket sizes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Candidate Eligibility :
- Minimum1 year of Home Loan Sales experience.
- RM: Minimum 12th pass.
- ASM/Senior RM: Minimum Graduate.
- Experience with ₹35–50 lakh+ ticket-size loans preferred.
- CIBIL: Minimum 650.
- Age: Below 40 years.
- Notice Period: Maximum 15 days.
Working
- Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Working: 6 days/week
- Weekly Off: Rotational
- Punch-in: Mandatory
- Punch-out: Not mandatory.
