Recruitment Research Coordinator – The SSI Group
Experience: Fresher only
We are looking for a curious, energetic, and digitally savvy fresher to join The SSI Group as a Recruitment Research Coordinator.
Training will be provided.
What you’ll do
- Research and identify potential candidates across LinkedIn, social media and online platforms.
- Build talent pools for global and senior-level mandates.
- Use AI tools, Boolean search and digital research techniques to find passive talent.
- Support recruiters with candidate mapping, market intelligence and database building.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and research trackers.

- Strong social media & digital skills
- Curious mind with a “find the answer” attitude
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools
- Excellent internet research and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Proactive, organised and hungry to grow in Executive Search & Recruitment
