HR Recruitment Manager
Industry: Luxury Interior & Fit-Out
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹55,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline for our luxury interior and fit-out business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions and levels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interview rounds.
- Manage salary negotiations, offers, and joining follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring TAT and closures.
- Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
- Excellent knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in team handling and target-based recruitment.
- Experience in the interior, architecture, construction, or fit-out industry will be an advantage.
