Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level positions, including Team Members, Shift Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers, Restaurant Managers, and other operations roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-in drives, campus hiring, and headhunting where required.
• Screen and assess candidates through telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with Operations and Hiring Managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely offer rollouts, documentation, and joining coordination.
• Work closely with Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and candidate databases with accuracy.
• Meet monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality of hire and turnaround time (TAT).
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and hiring events.

Preferred Candidate

• Profile 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Retail, QSR, F&B, Hospitality, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience in store or frontline hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with aggressive hiring timelines.
