Quality Executive – Flipkart

Role Overview

The Quality Executive is responsible for monitoring and improving operational quality by conducting process and product audits, tracking quality metrics, identifying process gaps, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The role involves close coordination with Operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to defined quality standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular process and product quality audits as per defined procedures and standards.

Monitor and maintain quality audit metrics/KPIs to measure process effectiveness.

Identify process gaps, non-conformities and quality deviations and ensure timely closure.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customer complaints and operational quality issues.

Initiate and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with relevant operations teams.

Work closely with Operations, Customer Support, Business and other stakeholders to collect and analyze quality-related data.

Ensure quality initiatives and standard operating procedures are properly understood and followed.

Track quality performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.

Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives to improve quality and customer experience.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure identified issues are resolved within agreed timelines.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to audits, quality observations and corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement and ensure adherence to Flipkart/eKart quality and safety standards.
