📍 Location: F-308, EBD, Neptune Magnet Mall, LBS Road, Bhandup West, Mumbai – 400078

💼 Industry: Stock Market / Financial Services / BPO

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (As per Interview & Experience)

⏰ Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Weekly Off: Sunday

• Key Responsibilities: Monitor and audit calls, WhatsApp chats, and client interactions.
• Ensure employees follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• Verify that mandatory client disclaimers are provided.
• Identify quality issues, false commitments, and policy violations.
• Prepare quality reports and provide feedback for performance improvement.
• Requirements:1–3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst (BPO/Stock Market preferred).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
