Job Description

  • Conduct in-process audits in Mixing, Extrusion, Inner Liner, 4RC, and Bead Preparation areas as per control plans and SOPs.
  • Perform product audits and verify conformance to quality standards and specifications.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations / obsevations immediately.
  • Ensure adherence to quality systems, inspection requirements, and process discipline.
  • Support containment, segregation, and follow-up of non-conforming material.
  • Maintain audit records, inspection reports, and shift quality documentation.
