Purchase Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with minimum 6 months hands-on experience in vendor negotiation abilities, material procurement, sourcing & negotiating, order management, inventory control & Cross- Functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1). Sourcing & Negotiation: Identifying reliable suppliers, evaluating pricing, and finalizing

payment terms to achieve cost savings.

2).Order Management: Raising and reviewing purchase requisitions and tracking orders from

dispatch to delivery.

3).Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages and coordinating with

warehouse teams.

4).Cross-Functional Coordination: Working alongside production, quality control, and finance departments to resolve delivery delays and verify invoices

Key Requirements

• Graduate (B.Com /Post Graduate/MBA)
• Minimum 6 months experience in handling procurement often within specific sectors like manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Tally).
• Experience in expert-level vendor negotiation, comparative analysis of quotations, and processing Purchase Orders (POs).
