Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and liaise with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract agreements with vendors to maximize cost savings.
• Procurement Execution: Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), track shipments, and review the quality of received products.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast requirements, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely vendor payments.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on purchasing activities, cost analyses, and market trends.
