Job Description
Hiring: Process Trainer – International Banking Voice / KYC
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs
Experience: Relevant experience in Banking/KYC Process Training
Education: Graduation Mandatory
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Role
We are hiring a Process Trainer – Banking/KYC to conduct process training, support new-hire batches and ensure employees achieve required quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Banking and KYC process training for new joiners
- Deliver process, refresher and assessment sessions
- Handle nesting sessions and support trainees during transition to live operations
- Monitor trainee performance and identify knowledge gaps
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve process performance
- Prepare training reports and track trainee progress
- Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams
- Ensure trainees meet required quality, productivity and performance standards
Required Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in International Voice Process / International BPO
- International Banking / KYC process experience is mandatory
- Prior experience as a Process Trainer / Voice & Process Trainer in an international process
- Strong knowledge of Banking, KYC and AML processes
- Experience in New Hire Training, Process Training, Nesting and Refresher Training
- Experience handling international voice-process training and customer communication
- Strong English communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, monitor trainee performance and provide coaching
- Experience coordinating with Quality and Operations teams
- Candidates with only domestic voice/BPO experience will not be considered
